The Floratory is seeking a Seasonal Store Stylist to reset and refresh our retail space during major holidays and seasonal transitions. This is a paid, contract-based position, perfect for someone with an eye for visual merchandising, retail styling, or staging who loves creating an inviting, shoppable experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
Resetting the store for holidays and seasonal launches (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Fall, Christmas, etc.)
Styling shelves, tables, windows, and focal displays to align with each season’s theme
Rearranging existing inventory to maximize visual impact and customer flow
Collaborating on seasonal concepts while bringing your own creative perspective
Ensuring displays feel cohesive, elevated, and on-brand
Light hands-on work including moving décor, props, and retail fixtures
What We’re Looking For
Experience in visual merchandising, retail styling, home staging, or display design
Strong eye for balance, color, texture, and storytelling through space
Ability to work independently and efficiently (no hand-holding required)
Reliable, organized, and respectful of deadlines—holiday timing matters
Comfortable with light lifting and standing for extended periods

Typically scheduled ahead of major holidays and seasonal shifts
Hours vary per project and store needs
Compensation
Paid per project or hourly (based on scope and experience)
